Returns and Cancellations

For purchases made through our website, you may request to cancel an eligible purchase within 14 days of receiving the item or receiving the transaction details, whichever is later, in accordance with applicable Israeli consumer protection law.

To request a return or cancellation, please contact us at info@gabisjewelrybox.com with your name and order number.

Once your request has been received, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item.

For a return that is not related to a defect, incorrect item, late delivery, or another breach of the transaction by us, the cost of returning the item is the customer's responsibility.

Where permitted by Israeli law, we reserve the right to deduct a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the amount paid or ₪100, whichever is lower.

We recommend returning jewelry in its original condition and packaging, where possible, and including your order number or other proof of purchase.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory cancellation, return, refund, or other consumer right available under Israeli law.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

If your item is defective, damaged, does not match what you ordered, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@gabisjewelrybox.com so we can review the issue and make it right.

Where a transaction is cancelled because of a defect, non-conformity, failure to deliver within the agreed time, or another breach of the transaction by us, no cancellation fee will be charged, and the return will be handled in accordance with Israeli law.

In these circumstances, you will not be required to bear the cost of returning the item.

Personalized and Custom-Made Items

Products that are made specifically for you pursuant to a special order, such as certain personalized, engraved, custom-sized, or otherwise specially manufactured pieces, may not be eligible for cancellation where an exception applies under Israeli law.

This does not affect your rights if the item is defective, incorrect, or does not conform to your order.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotion are subject to the same statutory cancellation and return rights that apply under Israeli law, unless a specific legal exception applies.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, you may request a return or cancellation of the original eligible purchase and place a new order for the item you would like.

Refunds

Once we receive your cancellation request, any refund due will be processed in accordance with applicable Israeli law.

Where you are entitled to a refund following cancellation of a distance-sale transaction, the refund will be made within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, subject to any deductions permitted by law.

Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account after it has been processed.

Extended Statutory Rights

Certain consumers may be entitled to additional or extended cancellation rights under Israeli law. Where such rights apply, they will take precedence over the general terms of this policy.
